Motorway Roll Over Manchester
We were called out by Greater Manchester Police on 18/01/07 to a major accident where a HGV had been blown over on to a car.
We attended the scene with two heavy rotating units and an 18t accident unit, we had to pull the curtains back on the trailer first before righting the truck, so that it would not blow back over once back on its wheels.
We proceeded to right the vehicle using the cranes on both trucks, so we could carry out a controlled roll over which is the safest way possible.
We then de-rigged and recovered the vehicle back to The Mansfield Group Manchester depot for secure storage
