AA Gold Award

On Thursday 4^th January 2011, Paul Totty (Area Manager AA supplier Network Manager) presented Darrell Mansfield (Chairman) of The Mansfield Group Rescue & Recovery with the prestigious Gold Award for customer service to AA members. This is the first time that the Gold Award has been won by a Vehicle Rescue and Recovery supplier to the AA.

This is a very proud moment for The Mansfield Group and a sign of our commitment in providing the very best in customer service. Over the past few years we have significantly invested in our Roadside fleet with over 120 vehicles currently in service and we have focused on training our technicians up to ATA standard in order to provide single source completion to the majority of customers.
