Operations Centre Controllers

Based in our 24/7 Operations centre in Stoke on Trent.

In this role you will be tasked with taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers and business partner’s to ensure they receive a high standard of service. This will also entail regular contact with our Management and Roadside team, ensuring that the correct resources are deployed to meet our customer’s requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment as part a team.  Good computer skills and a passion to deliver excellent customer service are essential.

You will be working on a shift system including weekends.
