I would like to thank Tom from recovery for a great professional service . He went above and beyond to help my self and partner who is heavily pregnant. AA had told us our connecting recovery truck will be with us within 5 hours and Tom managed to get them to put us up in a hotel if they didn’t he wasn’t going leave us until the connection recovery truck arrived. I give this guy a 10/10 for his efforts and customer service. Thank you Tom keep up the great work

Yesterday it was my misfortune to break down in Leek with my classic scooter. I would like it to be known to the Management that the two Recovery drivers who attended to me were of the highest possible standard, and the care and attention they showed whilst transporting me and my scooter back to Wallasey was exemplary. In this day and age people are all too ready to complain about the service they receive, but in this instance it would have been impossible. I hope you will pass on my thanks to the staff concerned.

We just wanted to thank you for the exceptional service we received this week from your Birmingham depot. We were collected by a friendly, helpful driver who was constantly looking for the best way to help us. When we got back to the depot EVERY member of staff we saw carried on with this attitude. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional and constantly went the extra mile to ease what would have been a very stressful situation.
