I would like to thank Tom from recovery for a great professional service . He went above and beyond to help my self and partner who is heavily pregnant. AA had told us our connecting recovery truck will be with us within 5 hours and Tom managed to get them to put us up in a hotel if they didn’t he wasn’t going leave us until the connection recovery truck arrived. I give this guy a 10/10 for his efforts and customer service. Thank you Tom keep up the great work

Yesterday it was my misfortune to break down in Leek with my classic scooter. I would like it to be known to the Management that the two Recovery drivers who attended to me were of the highest possible standard, and the care and attention they showed whilst transporting me and my scooter back to Wallasey was exemplary. In this day and age people are all too ready to complain about the service they receive, but in this instance it would have been impossible. I hope you will pass on my thanks to the staff concerned.

We just wanted to thank you for the exceptional service we received this week from your Birmingham depot. We were collected by a friendly, helpful driver who was constantly looking for the best way to help us. When we got back to the depot EVERY member of staff we saw carried on with this attitude. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional and constantly went the extra mile to ease what would have been a very stressful situation. This is a message about one of your staff.
I have breakdown cover with the AA and last Friday. They outsourced a pick up to Mansfield and immediately the driver came to my house to pick up my car and took it to a garage as it needed a new clutch. The driver was so friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He was very efficient in putting the car on the tow truck and taking it to the garage. I went back to the garage today to pick up my car and the garage person also said what a helpful guy he was so this is double feedback which is very positive and he’s a great asset to your team..

Kevin’s excellent work this afternoon in recovering a dead electric vehicle to nearest charging point after many failed attempts of finding an open station, I was very happy could not thank him enough for saving the day.

I would just like to say how much of a pleasure it is to work with your technician Jay,  He is always so helpful and can never do enough.  My team are incredibly luck to have him working along side us.

I just wanted to write to provide an excellent review of one of your operators, Ron.

Ron delivered my vehicle in an efficient and friendly way after a long 72 hour wait from first repair after another truck refused to bother. Ron was the only person who followed my instructions.

As the vehicle was in a difficult position it required a lot manual effort and skill to load and unload it as the power steering was inoperative.

But Ron had work a professionalism after a stressful experience (including with other costumer service interactions).
